Cancellation Policy

Session start time begins at the scheduled time even if the artist is not present or arrives late. Same-day start time changes may incur additional charges.

All cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours' notice. You must give at least 48 notice to cancel or reschedule your studio session.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice will result in a charge of half the price of the scheduled service.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to a session, we reserve the right to collect the entire session fee.

Appointments that are missed that neglected to give notice (No call, No show) will result in a charge of the full price of the scheduled service.

All appointments are eligible to be rescheduled 2 times, after that, it would be subject to a charge of %15 of the recent service amount.

You MAY NOT request to cancel your studio session for a full refund if you have already rescheduled it 2 times after the first scheduling date.
