Cancellation Policy

Session start time begins at the scheduled time even if the artist is not present or arrives late. Same-day start time changes may incur additional charges.

All cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will result in a penalty.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to a session are subject to the full session fee, and the payment for that session will be lost and non-refundable. A new payment will be required to reschedule.

Appointments missed without prior notice (No call, No show) will result in the session being forfeited, and the payment will be non-refundable.

All appointments are eligible to be rescheduled 2 times, after that, it would be subject to a charge of %15 of the recent service amount.

You MAY NOT request to cancel and receive a full refund for your studio session if it has already been rescheduled twice after the initial booking date.
