Reza Sadeghi
Reza Sadeghi, a graduate in music, is a versatile artist with a strong background in the world of music. He is a skilled santur player, a respected music teacher, a composer, and an arranger.
His mastery of santur and traditional music has been cultivated under the guidance of eminent instructors, including Faramarz Payvar, Milad Kiayi, Arfa Atraee, Azita Mostofi, and Mehdi Setayeshgar. Over the course of five consecutive years, he achieved first place in national music festivals for his santur performances. Furthermore, he earned a teaching certification in santur from the late maestro Faramarz Payvar.
Reza Sadeghi's talents extend beyond traditional music, as he has been consistently active in the realms of pop and traditional music composition. His prolific career has yielded more than 30 artistic albums for various singers. Additionally, he has dedicated over 25 years to the art of sound recording and mixing, making significant contributions to the field.
My Story
Reza, a versatile record producer, sound engineer, accomplished musician, and dedicated studio owner, brings over 25 years of expertise in the world of music. With a Bachelor of Music degree to his name, his musical journey began at the young age of 6, a passion that has taken him across borders and genres.
In 1995, Reza embarked on his professional career by establishing his inaugural studio, AHOORA, in Iran. With a deep-rooted love for music nurtured since childhood, he quickly became renowned for producing over 30 successful albums in Iran, earning him a stellar reputation as a producer and engineer.
Reza's dedication to musical excellence led him to open two more professional studios in Iran, where he continued to create musical magic for several years. Seeking to further enrich his knowledge and expertise, Reza ventured to Sweden, where he pursued an education in sound engineering.
In 2007, Reza made the pivotal decision to call Canada his new home and officially inaugurated EAST WEST TRACK in Vancouver, specifically located in Port Coquitlam. This cozy, friendly, and multifaceted studio has since become a creative haven for artists, providing the ideal environment for song production and album creation.
Not content with simply facilitating others' musical journeys, Reza is a true artist at heart. He is the visionary founder of the VFO band in Vancouver, an ensemble that has graced stages with live performances, showcasing their musical prowess to captivated audiences.
